1. תיאור השירות
RATRADE הוא כלי מבוסס-ווב למעקב וניתוח עסקאות מסחר (סווינג טריידינג). אנו מספקים סנכרון ענן, אנליטיקה ותכונות יומן מסחר. אנחנו לא מספקים ייעוץ פיננסי, ביצוע עסקאות או שירותי ברוקרים.
2. כשירות
עליך להיות בן 18 לפחות כדי להשתמש בשירות. בעצם יצירת חשבון, אתה מצהיר שאתה עומד בדרישה זו.
3. הבעלות על הנתונים שלך
אתה שומר על בעלות מלאה על כל נתוני המסחר, הערות ותוכן שאתה מזין. אנחנו לא מוכרים, לא משתפים ולא מייצרים רווח מנתוני המסחר שלך.
4. תוכניות ותשלומים
RATRADE מציע תוכנית חינמית (עד 10 עסקאות בחודש), תוכנית Basic ($9/חודש, עד 50 עסקאות) ותוכנית Premium ($15/חודש, ללא הגבלה).
- ביטול: ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת. הגישה תישמר עד תום תקופת החיוב הנוכחית.
- אמצעי תשלום: התשלום מעובד דרך Whop. אנחנו לא שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי.
- שינויי מחיר: אנו שומרים את הזכות לשנות מחירים בעתיד. שינוי לא ישפיע על מנויים קיימים.
5. שימוש מותר
אתה מתחייב לא: (א) לשתף פרטי חשבון, (ב) להשתמש בבוטים או כלים אוטומטיים לניצול השירות, (ג) לנסות לגשת לנתונים של משתמשים אחרים, (ד) לבצע הנדסה הפוכה לשירות.
6. הגבלת אחריות
שירות זה הוא לצרכי רישום וניתוח בלבד. אנחנו לא יועצים פיננסיים. כל אנליטיקה, סטטיסטיקה או תובנה הם אינפורמטיביים בלבד ואינם מהווים ייעוץ השקעות. מסחר כרוך בסיכון. ביצועי העבר אינם מבטיחים תוצאות עתידיות.
השירות ניתן "AS IS" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. בשום מקרה החברה לא תישא באחריות לנזקים ישירים, עקיפים, מקריים, תוצאתיים או מיוחדים הנובעים משימוש בשירות, כולל אך לא רק: הפסדי מסחר, אובדן נתונים, או הפרעה לעסקים.
7. שיפוי
אתה מסכים לשפות ולהגן על החברה מפני כל תביעה, נזק, הפסד והוצאה הנובעים משימוש שלך בשירות או מהפרת תנאים אלה.
8. זמינות השירות
אנו שואפים לזמינות גבוהה אך לא מתחייבים לזמן פעולה של 100%. אנו שומרים את הזכות להפסיק או לשנות את השירות בכל עת עם הודעה מוקדמת סבירה.
9. סיום
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים חשבונות שמפרים תנאים אלה. אתה רשאי למחוק את חשבונך בכל עת מדף ההגדרות.
10. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט
תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.
11. שינויים בתנאים
אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. המשך שימוש לאחר שינויים מהווה הסכמה.

1. Service Description
RATRADE is a web-based tool for tracking and analyzing swing trades. We provide cloud sync, analytics, and journaling features. We do not provide financial advice, trade execution, or brokerage services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all trade data, notes, and content you enter. We do not sell, share, or monetize your trading data.
4. Plans & Payments
RATRADE offers a Free plan (up to 10 trades/month), a Basic plan ($9/month, up to 50 trades), and a Premium plan ($15/month, unlimited).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
- Payment: Processed via Whop. We do not store credit card details.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing in the future. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share account credentials, (b) use automated bots to abuse the Service, (c) attempt to access other users' data, or (d) reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
This Service is for journaling and analysis purposes only. We are not financial advisors. Any analytics, statistics, or insights are informational only and do not constitute investment advice. Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
